Description
As the name suggests, it comes from the deep rich forests of Pakistan. Once hunted, cold pressed and harvested, it gives off a strong honey aroma that is mixed with the notes of surrounding forest. Forest Raw Honey too is considered as multi flora honey as the source of pollen cannot be pinpointed in a dense forest. It does not crystallize easily and once aged it gives off a dense caramel like aroma. The colour of forest honey, once old, goes from dark brown to almost black. Despite its deceiving sight it retains the same taste as it was harvested.
