Citrus Raw Honey

Citrus comes from the trees of a variety of Oranges and lemons. The Season to get the best harvest is April and May. Once it is cold pressed harvested, It gives off a strong sweet yet Citrus tang aroma. Just like its aroma the taste is sweet with a slight tangie after taste. Its colour varies from orange yellow to dark brown. Once Citrus raw honey gets crystallized, it takes a rich creamy texture with soft granules. Citrus honey crystals complement tea and hot drinks like coffee. It is recommended for baking as well.
