Sidr Raw Honey

Description

The honey of the Jujube tree is rather sweet in flavour. Harvested usually in the month of October November when the flower of Sidr is in full bloom. Once the honey is cold pressed and harvested from the beehives, it has a rich smell of the Sidr fruit. The smell itself is very sweet and one might say even captivates one to have a taste of it. One might even say that it is favoured by most due to its fruity aroma. Once it crystalizes, mostly, the crystals float on the surface rather than sinking to the bottom as compared to other Raw Honey. This crystalized honey can taste like sweet candy and is a form preferred by many.
