Description
Comes from the more commonly known trees of phulai or palosa, Harvested usually in the end of winter and or beginning of Spring from bright yellow clustered flowers. Once the honey is cold pressed harvested from the beehives, it has a sweet and savoury aroma with it. The colour of honey varies from region to region varying from bright yellow to dark brown. Once crystalized, it can have thick crystals with creamy texture. The crystalized Acacia raw honey goes best with slightly toasted bread due to the ease of its spread.
